Wilson Alarm Systems Limited is our platform and is one of the leading alarm companies covering the Leicester area as well as the wider East Midlands. Established in 1988, it prides itself on offering its customers with a personal, professional and friendly service throughout – from the initial consultation through to the system’s installation and further aftercare.
The company had been well-managed by its 2 owners for the last two decades. The company was presented to us through a professional advisor. We made a satisfactory offer within 1 week, conducted due diligence in 3 weeks and completed the transaction within 3 months. In fact, we moved so quickly that the owners even managed to take a month-long vacation during the sale process!
At completion, one owner decided to retire while the other remained with the business to be part of its growth journey. All the staff were retained.

In April 2023, following some very careful consideration, the directors Moore Security Systems Ltd, Christy and Peter Moore, decided to merge with Wilson Alarm Systems Limited (Wilson Alarms), a Leicester-based NSI Gold firm that employs similar first-rate customer care ethos to those that Moore Security System had previously prided themselves upon.
All customers of Moore Security System are expected to benefit from this transfer of business which has resulted in increases in both manpower and technical knowledge.

Integra Technology Solutions Ltd is a provider of advanced security and surveillance solutions based in Coventry. The company's products and services include CCTV systems, access control systems, and lock-down systems. Established since 1986 (previously known as DDD Security Systems Limited).
Apollo acquired Integra in April 2023 to facilitate the retirement of its shareholders.
Part of the family since 2023
A1 Security is the trading name of A1 Fire & Security Solutions Ltd. Based in Grantham, it provides fire, security and manned guarding services to customers in the surrounding counties.
Apollo acquired the trade assets and contracts of the fire and security division of A1 in August 2023, as part of its divestment strategy to enable its shareholders to focus on manned guarding.

Bar Alarm Security Systems Limited is a provider of advanced security and surveillance solutions based in Nottingham. The company's products and services include intruder alarms, CCTV systems, fire alarms, access control systems and emergency lighting. It has been trading since 2002.
Apollo's subsidiary, Wilson Alarms, acquired Bar Alarm in February 2024 to facilitate its shareholders to focus on other business interests.

Nationwide Alarmcall is the trading name of Alarmcall Ltd. Based in Nottingham, it provides intruder alarm installation and maintenance services to customers in the surrounding areas.
In September 2024, Apollo's subsidiary, Wilson Alarms, acquired the trade assets and contracts from Alarmcall Ltd, to enable its owners to retire.

HUGO VAN VREDENBURCH
Hugo is a prominent conservationist and is currently the Chairman of Fauna & Flora International.
Prior to that, he was the Chairman of Interactive Investors, CEO of TMF Group and a Partner at Goldman Sachs.
He began his career as an analyst in Japan and subsequently as General Manager and CIO for Tokyo Pacific Holdings.

CHARLES JING
Managing Director
Charles started his career at TMF Group, where he participated in strategic value enhancement and M&A projects to make tangible EBITDA improvements.
He then joined Cornerstone, a leading UK male care e-commerce company, as COO. During his tenure, he grew the business from £850k turnover in 2016 to £7m+ in 2019 and helped it to raise over £8m of VC funding.
Charles is also a published novelist. He studied Biochemistry at the University of Oxford.
